Returns & Exchanges

At Something Nice, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging and secure the box or mailer with tape.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once we receive the items.
